This roadside restaurant seemed to have upturned its outdoor seating facilities (right) to prevent loitering as well as clients from dining in, in contravention of the government announcement that restaurants can offer only take-out or delivery services over the next two weeks in an effort to stem the spread of the dreaded coronavirus in the country.
