MARIGOT—The Prosecutor’s office indicated Wednesday the male individual found dead in a house in Grand Case last Friday afternoon following a fire on the premises died from a combination of heart problems, smoke inhalation and crack cocaine use.
The victim used to smoke in bed and it was not the first time a fire had started in the bed. The Prosecutor added the Gendarmerie investigation and subsequent coroner’s examination did not turn up anything suspicious.
