STATE OF THE SEA: Slight to Moderate WAVES/SWELLS: 4 to 5 feet
SPECIAL FEATURES:

2. A tropical wave interacting with a surface trough is producing an area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms over the eastern tropical Atlantic. Environmental conditions seem favorable for gradual development and a tropical depression could form this weekend or early next week.
The Meteorological Department of St. Maarten will continue to monitor these systems and update the public accordingly.
