This afternoon: Partly cloudy and breezy, becoming cloudy at times with isolated showers possible.

Tonight through Wednesday midday: Fair to partly cloudy and breezy.

This afternoon through Wednesday midday: Easterly with a gentle to moderate breeze of 08 to 18 mph.


SYNOPSIS:  

Moisture associated with a low level trough will increase the probability of showers across the region today. Meanwhile, the dominant Atlantic high-pressure system will maintain mostly brisk easterly winds.

Seas are expected to gradually subside today. However, a small craft advisory remains in effect for St. Maarten until 6:00 pm. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution. 

 

STATE OF THE SEA: Moderate to Rough           WAVES/SWELLS: 6 to 8 feet
