SYNOPSIS:   A weak tropical wave is passing through the region may trigger a few brief showers. Additionally, Saharan dust spreading across the region will produce hazy conditions for the next few days. Persons with allergies and/or respiratory illnesses should take the necessary precautions. Moderate marine conditions will prevail throughout this afternoon. Sea conditions are forecast to become hazardous from later this evening as a result of northerly swells. A small craft advisory will be issued later. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to exercise caution.
