SYNOPSIS:
A slack pressure gradient will continue to generate light to moderate winds across the region. Lingering moisture associated with the remnants of a shear line may cause a few showers.
A high surf advisory is in effect for St. Maarten as long period swells are expected for the surrounding waters through the next 24 to 36 hours. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to exercise caution.
