Romeo-Marlin heads to UN General Assembly Fri.

POND ISLAND--Prime Minister Leona Romeo-Marlin heads to New York on Friday to attend the United Nations General Assembly as a member of the Dutch Kingdom Delegation. The General Assembly marks the opening of the UN year.

The Kingdom delegation will also include the prime ministers of Aruba and the Netherlands. “Together we will be attending the annual debate of the UN General Assembly and other side events where I will get the opportunity to network with other international leaders and delegates,” Romeo-Marlin told the press on Wednesday.
