- EUSTATIUS--The Caribbean Netherlands Police Force St. Eustatius arm and the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee on Wednesday arrested a seventeen-year-old boy as part of their ongoing investigation regarding a “vice case” involving a minor.
Last week, members of the police force were witnessed conducting house searches. A detective arrived the island on Monday, May 25, to carry out investigations into this case and based on the results, Wednesday’s arrest was made. Additional details on the case were not forthcoming due to the sensitive nature of the case.
