This small Kia car went through a railing and on to the pavement next to the BDAF Bank in Marigot at around 7:00am Thursday. The occupants of the car were seen talking to a Territorial Police officer, however, the evening shift at the police station did not have information on how the accident occurred. The Gendarmerie indicated it was unaware of the accident.
