Dump fire prevention ideas said excellent

Dear Editor,

My survey shows thousands of people accepted my dump fire ideas – this is the talk of the week. Here are a little more details of my ideas concerning the dump fire, because this dump fire is a problem.

* First, Government needs to recycle the garbage

* My master plan is for us to try to eliminate the dump fire and find ways to control whatever causes it, so that there will be less heat underground within the garbage

* If Government does not want to build tanks out of steel they can build roofless cisterns to hold water to keep the garbage wet and cold.

* It will be good if Government digs the ground to put the roofless cisterns a few feet deep in the ground.

* It will be very good if the roofless system is built a few deep in the ground at least 16 feet to 30 feet deep or more. Remember, several pipes must be connected from the tank or roofless cisterns’ pipe in all angles from the tanks or cisterns. All pipes must have many holes in them under the ground with valves.

* The pond water can be used, the sea water can be used, also the well water can be used to fill the tanks or the roofless cisterns to keep the garbage wet and cold 50 feet or more underground to prevent dump fire.

* Give me 8-inch blocks, sand, gravel, water, cements, steels, pipes, workmen, transportation, and heavy equipment to run some water pipes underground to control the heat from the garbage.

* Government can build the roofless cisterns only from concrete if they want and seek fireproof materials and products to protect the tanks or cisterns on the dump.

* We can open the valves or pumps once or twice per day depending on the weather.

* Government can also seek heat detectors and hurry start recycling the garbage.

* If the rain doesn't fall a lot or heavily, remember, there are some containers collecting the rainwater, preventing the rainwater to reach halfway and below the garbage.

* Let's dig the ground and put water pipes closer to the bottom of the garbage to decrease the heat and dump fire.

All hands on deck.
