Team Saba ready to play.
ST. EUSTATIUS – A basketball tournament is scheduled to take place in Statia between the islands of Statia and Saba. Games will be held today, Friday, November 10 and Saturday November 11.
The Saba Child Focus and the Diker Sports Training Academy will be participating in the competition. The tournament will have 2 age groups 13 and under and 18 and under. The children are expected to arrive on the island on Friday afternoon. The games will start at 7:00pm at the Earl Merkman Sports Hall and will feature both boys and girls teams. The public is invited to come out and support the youth.
