In collaboration with CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank, Motorworld proudly presents the “Driven to OWN” Financial Planning & Mortgage Seminar. This unprecedented event forms an essential component to launch a mortgage and financial planning series of events, which has been in high demand by the St. Maarten community. The purpose of this event is to provide a forum to educate and empower participants with the information and tools required for home and/or property ownership.
We are steadfast in making home and property ownership a reality. Last year, the bank added Mortgage Month “A Celebration of Homeownership” to its calendar. This collaboration with Motorworld is in essence an extension of our commitment to this initiative. CIBC FirstCaribbean offers many products. However, “our business is people” and we believe that providing knowledge and offering financial planning is a crucial step for secure financial wellbeing and in meeting goals, such as property and other ownership.
This insightful seminar will be hosted by Motorworld, and moderated by Ife Badejo, CEO of the Produce Wealth Revolution (PWR) Agency, with informational presentations by Debby Richardson (CIBC FirstCaribbean) and representatives of Island Real Estate, headed by Arun Jagtiani.

“As a vested community partner, we have heard the cries of the community for financial empowerment and home ownership. Therefore, through this major partnership initiative, we strive to engage interested management staff, customers and/or members of various businesses and organizations to provide essential information on financial planning and the many banking products available, along with the requirements geared towards savings, mortgages, auto loans and the select options available for bundling. Together, we are working to help participants build their financial portfolios, and work with those who are “Driven to OWN” a piece of our beloved island,” said Motorworld Managing Director Tariq Amjad.
The ultimate goal is to encourage success stories for those individuals, who dare to dream, and thereby activate a movement of residents who are “Driven to Own” property, home, and/or automobiles through financial empowerment.
PWR Agency CEO Ife Badejo: “Ownership is important to achieve financial independence and to be economically resilient. I'm looking forward to a dynamic, informative, and inspiring evening at ‘Driven to Own’. I am excited that two prominent corporations are partnering to deliver quality information to help our people progress."
Special invitations and outreach will be provided to key businesses, organizations and community groups in order to encourage all interested parties to attend, participate and be empowered.
