Sunday @ Kim Sha

~ Three events all in the same great location ~

Sunday, August 2, is a whole day of fun for the entire family. Starting at 7:00 in the morning, there will be food stalls, games and concerts.

The real fun begins at 1:00pm with the first event. Fun Does Bring "Bu'n"

With Electro club music playing, it's a rave and carnival all mashed into three hours of amazing fun. Keep cool by spraying yourself and others with water guns provided at the event. Have fun with all the foam that they will continuously make all day and night long. Outlast your friends on the mechanical bull, and show everyone who really can ride the best. Show who can pack away the most at the food eating competition, then drink away your sorrow from losing; or celebrate your amazing win at the Coors light beer drinking competition. Ladies, don't let the men show you up in either competition – show them who's boss. Not up for either challenge? Sit back and watch with delicious local food from several island venues; or jam to the Rave tunes by yourself of with buddies.

The torch changes hands at 5:00pm for the second event. Reggae on the Beach

As a tribute to Bob Marley, 30 singers will be taking the stage to sing all of his amazing and reggaelicious songs. Now these singers aren't professionals so make sure not to boo them off the stage even if they completely mess up your jam – they are everyday members of the public. With radio hosts, several well-know people on our amazing gem of an island, police officers and doctors, the singers can be anyone, and they are sharing their love of Bob Marley and undiscovered talent or lack thereof with you. Don't worry; there will also be some well-known performers in the mix who will balance everything out.

Starting at 6:00pm is the final and most anticipated event. Splash XL

Based on their hit J'ouvert Truck Splash, this event brings back all your favourites. With even more water guns, there will be pools of water all over the beach for you to party in. Then when everyone is nice and wet, colourful powder will be thrown on them to brighten up the evening and make it festive. Powder not your style? Get serious and go for the paint instead and then take a trip inside the cage where you will be showered by foam in water. Make sure to wear something that can get wet. With Marshal Montano as your official DJ for the evening, you know you'll be having a good time. There will also be Video DJ, VJ Lou from Martinique – the number one French VJ. Not only will these DJs be knocking your socks off, but there will also be lots of local DJs including Red Eye Crew, and King Vers. With many other surprises in store for the evening, it's a party you just can't miss. It lasts until 2:00am so you can get a few hours of shut eye before the next day's party begins. If you can stay up, you can stay.
