Businessman Kethe Hendrickson  passes away after a long illness

 ST. EUSTATIUS--Prominent businessman on St. Eustatius Kethe Randolph Hendrickson passed away after a long illness on April 3, 2020.

  Hendrickson was born on January 25, 1950 on St. Kitts. He leaves to mourn his wife and local calypso legend Romania Othelia Hendrickson-Duinkerk, also known as “Sexy Mona”, his seven children, two adopted children, nine grandchildren, five siblings and two adopted siblings.

  In 1992, Hendrickson registered his business Hendrickson Construction/Car Rentals NV on Statia, after having worked in construction in St. Kitts since the 1970s. Hendrickson was the former pastor of the Apostolic Faith Mission Church.
  His thanksgiving will be held at the Roman Catholic Cemetery on Wednesday, April 8, 1:00pm-2:00pm, preceded by the viewing at the Queen Beatrix Medical Center Mortuary 12:00pm-12:45pm for invited guests only.

  The family stated that in connection with the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak and the rules for social distancing only a limited number of guests may attend the funeral. They family plans to live stream the funeral service on Facebook. The family extended their appreciation to all those that stood beside Hendrickson during his illness. His death was not COVID-19 related.
