This afternoon through Tuesday midday: East-northeasterly with a gentle to moderate breeze of 09 to 18 mph and higher gusts possible.

 

SYNOPSIS:  

The Atlantic high pressure system will maintain brisk winds and above-normal seas across the region. A relatively drier air mass will restrict significant showers during this forecast period. However, shallow patches of moisture embedded in the wind flow may still produce some brief passing showers.

Seas are expected to peak up to 9 feet in some areas. Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue to exercise caution.
