Participants in the three-day workshop on after-school care in St. Eustatius were given some after-conference care by Monuments Director Walter Hellebrand (back row, at left) in the form of a walking tour through historical Oranjestad.
The visitors – from three Dutch ministries and from organisations in the fields of education and childcare in Statia, Saba and Bonaire – said they found the tour informative but also very entertaining.
