Plan showing the work to connect 111 households with fibre-optic cable.

MARIGOT--The company Tintamarre continues to bury telecommunication networks in the territory of St. Martin and has been working in the Marina Royale/Lowtown area since Monday, August 29. This work is being carried out by the Eden Blu group.

In accordance with the traffic order DCV/DST/PIRV83-2022, the work consists of construction of trenches with mini-excavators and trucks, including demolition, excavation, backfilling and pavement repair.

The worksite includes the streets Lowtown and Kennedy for a total volume of 1,002 linear metres, enabling 111 new addresses to become eligible for fibre-optic connection. The work will continue to January 25, 2023, at the latest, except on weekends and during the 7:00am-5:00pm time slot.

Tintamarre and its partners are aware of the inconvenience caused, will do everything in their power to limit it, and thank road users for their patience.
