In spite of the fervour around the new vehicle licence plates with the “50 Years Carnival” slogan, taxpayers are queuing up at the Government Administration Building to pay the annual road tax. Usually, the queues are lengthier at the end of January; there has been a steady flow of taxpayers over the past weeks.
