SYNOPSIS:
The loosened pressure gradient is producing light winds across the region. Meanwhile, low level clouds drifting with the wind flow may produce brief local showers across the forecast area. Additionally, Saharan dust will persist across the region at varying concentrations.
Moderate to rough sea conditions are expected from later today as Northerly swells enter local waters. Waves may peak up to 8 feet in some places, particularly along the northern coast of the island. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to exercise caution.
