Moisture and instability associated with a passing tropical wave will cause cloudy periods and isolated showers across the region. Some of these showers may be heavy and accompanied by thunder. Residents and users of areas prone to flooding are advised to be vigilant and exercise caution.

Seas are expected to peak near 7 feet before subsiding Thursday night into Friday. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
