SYNOPSIS:
A strong Atlantic high pressure system will maintain moderate to strong winds and rough seas across the region during the next several days. Pockets of low level moisture embedded in the wind flow will produce brief isolated showers from time to time.
Sea conditions will continue to be rough to very rough, with waves up to 14 feet, over the next several days. As a result, a small craft warning remains in effect. Sea bathers and small craft operators are advised to avoid open waters and persons with interests along the coast should exercise extreme caution.
