SYNOPSIS: Low-level moisture associated with a nearby, weak tropical wave may produce patches of clouds and a few passing showers. While the Atlantic high pressure system maintains an easterly yet brisk wind flow across the region. Also, varying concentrations of Saharan dust will continue to affect the eastern Caribbean. Persons with allergies and/or respiratory illnesses should continue to take the necessary precautions. Seas are expected to peak at 7 feet during the next few days. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
