A contingent of officers from the Royal Anguilla Police Force (RAPF) accompanied by the RAPF Community Band formed a guard of honour as they bade farewell to Governor Tim Foy. The governor did a brief inspection of the guard of honour and was presented with a flag of the RAPF by Commissioner of Police Paul Morrison. The band played “Auld Lang Syne” as the popular couple made their way onto the aircraft taking them to Antigua.

Foy served as governor since 2017, arriving just two weeks before Hurricane Irma. He served with two governments and received high praise from all who worked with him. He is returning to London and will be working at the Home Office. The new governor scheduled to arrive in January is Dileeni Daniel-Selvaratnam.
