Vice President of the Council of State Piet Hein Donner (third left) paid a whirlwind farewell visit to St. Eustatius on Wednesday.
He met with Government Commissioner Marcolino “Mike” Franco (third right), Deputy Government Commissioner Mervyn Stegers (left) and others and also went on an island tour. He left the island the same day.
