Territorial Youth Council launches toy collection

MARIGOT--With Christmas approaching, the Youth Territorial Council has decided to launch the third edition of its toy collection under the theme “A Toy, a Smile” in partnership with the Commune of Bry-sur-Marne.

This initiative will permit a considerable number of toys to be collected for disadvantaged children. The population is invited to contribute to this outpouring of solidarity to bring a smile back to children during this Christmas season. Toys for babies and up to 10 years old are recommended.

Through this action, the Territorial Youth Council hopes to give children a happy and enjoyable Christmas synonymous with sharing, exchanges and love for all, especially children.

The collection started this past weekend and will end on Friday, December 21, 2018. Toys can be dropped off in three different places: At the reception in Hotel de la Collectivité from 9:00am to 2:00pm (for toys not wrapped); Shop Bébé N’Kids in Bellevue during shop hours (for purchase and deposit of unwrapped toys on site); and shop Chat Perché, Hope Estate, during shop hours (for purchase and deposit of unwrapped toys on site).

The Territorial Youth Council is counting on the support of the public and thanks them in advance for their contributions.
