Tijon launches new fragrance

L’Esperance.

GRAND CASE--Tijon Parfumerie on Monday announced the creation and launching of its third Gold Collection Parfum, named L’Esperance after its street address of 1 L’Esperance.

Tijon’s perfumer, John Berglund, described the parfum’s development as being “inspired by island temptations – L’Esperance is a gently complex and feminine mélange. We created and tested more than 100 scent variations before settling on this luxurious formulation.”

“This seductive fresh scent opens with a floral medley of lilac, rose, jasmine, tuberose, and peony and adds fresh fruity inserts of strawberry, peach and cucumber finishing with warm woods, amber and vetiver,” it was stated in a press release on Monday.

Combined with 23 karat gold leaf and blue lotus, adding a softer, powdery floral note, this sacred flower was used in ancient Egypt as a key to good health, sex and rebirth. The award winning Tijon Parfumerie also offers unique perfume creation experiences, where more than 12,000 people have created their own perfume in the Tijon lab. This activity is in the Tripadvisor Hall of Fame for having a five-star rating for more than five years consecutively.

Tijon will celebrate its 11th anniversary in January 2019 and remains located in Grand Case where the French airport road intersects with the beach road. Tijon is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm and Saturdays by appointment.
