COLE BAY--CIA and Montessori won the elementary school division of the annual Inter-scholastic Swim Meet on Sunday.
Sponsored by Caribbean Gems, and hosted by Carib Swim Team the meet featured both elementary and high school competitions.
CIA and Montessori came out on top with 411 points. Learning Unlimited finished in second place, with 362 points, and St. Dominic finished a strong third with 355 points.
For the high schools, CIA finished first with 308 points. The dual for second was close, but Milton Peters College finished with 288 points, and St. Dominic High School went home with the third place trophy with 284 points.
Individual event winners in the elementary meet were Yuyu Cai (LU), Joseph Johnson (SDPS), Charlotte Challenger (SDPH), Charlotte van Holland Little (SRPS), Anderson Wang (LU), Tavare Green (SDPH), Tanishka Bandal (SDPH), Caithlyn Challenger (SDPH), Iejaelin Richardson (SMPS), Patrick Szabo (CIA), Mia Van Alfen (CIA), Peliah Janssen (SDPH), Eliaz Delille-Khelifi (CIA), Nadine Vliegen (SMPS), Amia President (LU), Phillip Chang Sing Pang (SRPS), Rylan Benjamin (51.43), Kaia Cass (LU), Isabella van Holland Little (SRPS), Colin-Vonn Bootman (CIA), Nick Meekhof (CIA), Caleb Deher (LU), and Kjeld van der Meer (CIA).
In the high school meet, individual event winners were Denecia Prince (SDHS), Saphir Thomas (Home School), Nigel Fontenelle (SDHS), Vadim Malisev (HUGO), Adaya Bourne (MPC), Joey Schvartz (Home School), J’aishaa Jeffers (SDHS), Samara Tjin-Asjoe (MPC), Nicolas Piazza (HUGO), Yael Delille-Khelifi (CIA), Matias Piazza (HUGO), Brianna Williams (MPC), Nikki Grandtner (MPC), and Miles Cheasley (CIA).
