COLE BAY—The Caribbean Gems High School Inter-School Swim Meet will be held at host Carib Swim Team pool in Cole Bay Sunday.
Schools can enter two teams consisting of up to 16 swimmers each in grades seven to 12. The competition will be divided into boys and girls and by age brackets of 14 and under and 15 and up.
As the meet is sponsored by Caribbean Gems there will be no swimmer registration fee, but a $1 entry fee will be charged for parents and fans.
There will be 14 events including 4 x 50m Medley Relay, 50m backstroke, 100 and 50m freestyle, 50m back stroke, breast stroke, 50m butterfly and 4 x 50 freestyle relay.
Medals will be award to the top three in each event. Food and drink will be on sale.
Warm up starts at 8:00am and the first swim is set for 9:00am.
