School soccer continues

In the under 11 division of the Primary School Soccer Competition Sister Regina, clearing the ball, faced Sister Magda. Sister Regina won 4-1.

CAY HILL—Five games were played in the Primary School Competition at Raoul Illidge Sports Complex Saturday. In the Under 9 group Hillside Christian beat Methodist Agocic Center 2-1.

In the Under 11 division Sister Regina bested Sister Magda 4-1 and drew with MAC 3-3.
In the Under 13 group Sister Regina squeezed past Hillside Christian 2-1 and MAC beat Sister Magda 2-0.

In the High School Competition Vocational forfeited to St. Dominic at Raoul Illidge Sports Complex. Methodist Agogic Center Girls drew against Learning Unlimited and in the last game of the day PSVE Boys drew against Milton Peters College 2-2.
There are three more weeks left before for the St. Maarten Football Federation’s (SXMFF) High School Football Competition. Since March 3, eight high school boys’ teams and five high school girls’ teams have been battling for the final four spots.
The remainder of the games will be played on May 19 and 26, between 1:00 and 6:00pm. The finals will take place on the June 2.
