ST. EUSTATIUS – Statia and Saba competed in an around the island relay race in day 2 of the Battle of the Islands on Tuesday. The relay featured teams from Saba and Statia.
This event is a collaboration between A+ Academic & Professional Training Centre, A+ APTC and the St. Eustatius Health Department.
The two islands have several teams representing in different colour coordinated teams.
The day started off at the Johan Cruyff Court field. The race ended at the Global Terminal Investments GTI Statia playground.
Statia Black T-shirts came in first place and the Saba Red Shirts were second.
