Utilities company GEBE said mid morning Sunday that St. Maarten is currently experiencing a "total black out." "The NV GEBE team is currently at the Power Plant assessing the problem. No further information at this time," GEBE media relations officer Paula Gordon said in a press statement on Sunday.
