MPs to discuss alcohol permit ordinance today

 

PHILIPSBURG--Members of Parliament (MPs) will discuss the National Ordinance “adaption age sales of alcohol Permit Ordinance” (in Dutch: Landsverordening aanpassing leeftijd verkoop van alcoholische drank Vergunningslandsverordening) during a public plenary session of parliament today, Thursday, at 2:00pm.

Minister of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Transport and Telecommunication (TEATT) Stuart Johnson is expected to be present for the meeting. The public can follow the session in person at the House of Parliament located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.

The session will be carried live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 115, 107.9FM, 98.1FM,
