PHILIPSBURG--Parliament meets in a public plenary sitting in Parliament House at 3:00pm today, Monday, to discuss changes to the Kingdom Charter Articles 14 and 38 as well as an amendment to the law governing the organisation of the Cabinet of the Minister Plenipotentiary in The Hague.
