The atmosphere across the region remains moist and unstable. Therefore, cloudiness, moderate to heavy showers and possible thunderstorms could be expected during this forecast period. As a result, motorists and persons in low lying areas should remain vigilant.  

Marine conditions are gradually subsiding. Moderate sea conditions will continue for the next several days with waves peaking near 7 feet. Nevertheless, small craft operators and sea-bathers should continue exercising caution.
