Solar bus stops

Minister Christophe Emmanuel has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Adopt-A-Stop SXM for 60 solar-panelled bus shelters to be constructed and installed around the country. Some bus stops will include USB portals for the public to charge devices. The project should start in the third quarter of 2017. The cost to Government for the bus stops is not known.
