Top cops regulate traffic on Monday

PHILIPSBURG--As a tribute to the late Annick Arrindell, the police management team came out on Monday at 7:00am to regulate the heavy flow of traffic coming from the busy school districts of South Reward and St. Peters.

  Police Chief Carl John was seen regulating traffic at the junction of L.B. Scott Road and Gladiola Road, while Chief Inspector Benjamin Gout was at the Church Hill roundabout, and Commissioner Denise Jacobs was at the Zagersgut Road/Coralita Road junction where members of Arrindell’s family were lined up to see this tribute by management.
