Sin verses coronavirus

Dear Editor,

This topic is on a very serious note. We all must take the coronavirus seriously and use the methods that will help protect us from it.

WHO (World Health Organization) declares coronavirus a pandemic. A pandemic is a disease epidemic that has spread across a large region; for instance, multiple continents, or worldwide. Sin is a pandemic that we are born into and only Jesus Christ can cure.

Sin is guaranteed to make you die. Coronavirus can kill you but statistics show most people will survive that virus.

Christ is the Savior that guarantees us we will live in eternity if we acknowledge Him as Savior and repent of our sins. Somehow most of us do not take Christ seriously.

A sinful man like us, the doctors we appreciate but know their skills are limited, we trust more than Jesus Christ. That is very sad and proves what Christ says.

Psalm 118: 8 – “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.” The point is this people: trust in what they can see, they do not trust in God. People trust in God only when the doctor tells them, “I cannot do anything more for you.”

The sin you cannot see, you see the effects of it. Coronavirus you can see under a microscope and the effects of it.

Unrepented sin without God brings you to Mark 9:4 – “Where the maggots never die and the fire never goes out.” Coronavirus is only temporary and then it is finished.

My friends, if you are scared of coronavirus it is okay, but you are a fool if you think that living in sin there are no consequences because you do not have coronavirus.

Coronavirus takes your flesh, but sin un-repented takes both flesh and soul. The conclusion of sin versus coronavirus brings us at Hebrews 9:27 – “And as it is appointed unto men once to die but after this the judgment.

Choices have consequences. Please choose wisely and choose now.
