PHILIPSBURG--Ishaan Dhansinghani took first place in the St. Maarten Youth Tennis Tournament Saturday. He bested Paris Thomas in the final. Keyara Hamer was third. All participants received fee membership into the Tennis Association, national ranking and their own World Tennis Number.
