ST. EUSTATIUS – St. Eustatius Swimming Association held a certificate ceremony for A, B and C diplomas on Sunday.
Coach Carlos Lopes said that after a rough year with coronavirus pandemic the association was able to hold diploma swimming exercise where 15 swimmers swam for their A, B and C diplomas.
The swimming event was held at the Fredrick ‘Sonny’ Cranston Sports field.
Two swimmers for C, while 5 swam for B and a total of 8 persons swam for A diploma.
Coach Lopes said the children did very well for the short time they had.
A BBQ was held after the swimming for the young swimmers and parents.
