Take a train ride around town on Sunday afternoon! Yes, it is possible in St. Maarten. residents, especially children and senior citizens, are invited to “choo-choo” around Old Town Philipsburg aboard Trolley Train’s red and white trains.
The free train rides start outside Festival Village from 1:30pm. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The half-hour to 45-minute (depending on traffic) rides around town will continue until 5:00pm. The red train can accommodate 36 passengers and the white one 48 per tour. The train tour is usually booked by island visitors. Trolley Train operators want residents to also enjoy their town to the fullest.
