PHILIPSBURG--Sundial School will be able to offer breakfast to students who need it at the school thanks to an undisclosed donation it received for its breakfast programme from Seven Seas Water recently.
The donation made the school the first recipient from Seven Seas Water for this year. The school’s breakfast programme targets students who attend school on an empty stomach.
Seven Seas Water’s Managing Director Franklyn Richards turned over the donation to Sundial’s Director Mireille Peterson-Regales and two students. Sundial School is confident that the donation from the company will make a difference in the lives of students in need.
Richards said many households are facing more hardships since the passing of Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017. “This is not the first time Seven Seas Water has been able to assist Sundial in its pursuit to positively influence the lives of young people in need. As such, it's a distinct privilege for our company to support Sundial School for a good cause, once more,” Richards said in a press release on Wednesday.
He said Seven Seas Water will continue to assist institutions for projects which serve to facilitate the learning process for youngsters, who at times need additional help to allow them to reach their full potential.
